Injuries Reported in Clark County Auto Accident on Business US 136 and Kahoka

CLARK COUNTY, MO (April 15, 2026) – Monday morning, a startling 2-vehicle crash on Business US 136 and Kahoka injured 3 teenagers.

The incident happened at about 7:30 a.m. on Business US 136, one mile west of Kahoka.

The crash happened when a 17-year-old boy from Revere, driving a pickup, failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with an SUV operated by a 16-year-old girl from Kahoka.

The girl and a 16-year-old male passenger in the pickup, also from Kahoka, sustained minor injuries and were taken by private vehicle to Scotland County Hospital for treatment. Authorities said both were wearing seat belts.

The pickup driver suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to the University of Missouri Hospital. Officials reported he was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
