1 Person Hospitalized in Bayside Auto Accident on Highway 101

BAYSIDE, CA (August 24, 2025) – Sunday night, a startling 2-vehicle crash on Highway 101 injured one person.

The incident happened at around 8:19 p.m. on the northbound Highway 101.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a Dodge Ram truck collided with a Honda Civic for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, responders transported a woman to Mad River Community Hospital with unknown injuries.

Furthermore, the crash closed northbound Highway 101 but has long since reopened.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the CHP continued investigating the crash.
