KILGORE, TX (February 18, 2026) – Monday morning, a startling 2-vehicle crash on Interstate 20 near Mile Marker 592 sent two people to the hospital.

The incident happened at about 4:54 a.m. in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 20 near Mile Marker 592.

The fire department said that when crews arrived, they found one person trapped inside a vehicle and called for extrication. Firefighters were able to free the individual after about 30 minutes.
