MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX (November 4, 2025) – Sunday morning, a startling DWI crash on Highway 59 injured one person.

The incident happened on Highway 59.

According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, a vehicle struck a fire truck and a tow truck that was at the scene of an earlier crash.

Moreover, officers confirmed that the driver of the Tow truck sustained injuries and was transported to a hospital for treatment.

Furthermore, authorities believe that the driver of the vehicle was intoxicated at the time of the crash.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office continued investigating the crash.
