Injuries Reported in Baker Motorcycle Accident on Interstate 15 near Halloran Springs Road

BAKER, CA (December 29, 2023) – Thursday afternoon, a startling motorcycle crash on Interstate 15 near Halloran Springs Road injured 1 person.

The incident occurred at around 1:14 p.m. on southbound I-15 between the town of Baker and Halloran Springs Road.

Reports confirmed that the crash involved a motorcyclist on an unknown bile and a black SUV.

The impact ejected the rider from the bike. When responders arrived, they found the rider lying on the right shoulder of the freeway.

Then, rescue crews requested a medical helicopter to take the rider. Afterward, the rider was taken from the scene by Mercy Air #21 helicopter to Las Vegas University Medical Center in serious condition.

Moreover, the vehicle that struck the motorcyclist did stop at the scene and suffered no injuries.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
