SAN FERNANDO VALLEY, CA (July 28, 2026) – Sunday night, a startling pedestrian accident on Plummer Street and Haskell Avenue injured 2.

The incident happened at around 5:55 p.m. on Plummer Street and Haskell Avenue.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, two pedestrians were injured in a hit-and-run crash involving a black sedan.

Video from the scene shows the car striking both pedestrians, knocking one unconscious. The other victim suffered a severely broken leg.

The driver fled the scene after the collision.

Both victims were transported to a hospital. Police said one of the pedestrians sustained severe injuries.
