KANSAS CITY, MO (January 18, 2026) – Friday afternoon, a startling pedestrian crash on Interstate 70 and Mile Marker 169 injured one person.

The incident happened at around 4:00 p.m. on Interstate 70 and Mile Marker 169.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, two vehicles struck a male pedestrian who walked into traffic.

Moreover, Montgomery County EMS transported the pedestrian to University Hospital with serious injuries.
