AMARILLO, TX (March 12, 2026) – Wednesday morning, a startling pedestrian crash on North Grand Street injured one person.

The incident happened at around 7:45 a.m. on North Grand Street.

According to the Amarillo Police Department, a Chevrolet Silverado struck an 11-year-old child who was crossing the roadway in a marked crosswalk.
