SAN ANTONIO, TX (September 28, 2026) – Saturday afternoon, a woman sustained injuries in a startling pedestrian crash on W Houston Street and N Pine Street.

The incident happened at about 3:00 p.m. on West Houston Street and North Pine Street.

A woman was critically injured after being struck by a pickup truck in an alleyway, according to police.

San Antonio police said the truck struck the woman before the driver fled the scene without rendering aid. She was taken to a hospital with critical injuries.

No arrests have been made, and it was unclear whether the driver would face charges.

The crash remains under investigation.
