SAN ANGELO, TX (December 18, 2024) – On Sunday, a startling Robert Lee ISD bus crash in San Angelo led to injuries.

According to Superintendent Aaron Hood, the crash involved a Robert Lee ISD bus and a pickup truck.

Moreover, authorities confirmed that minor injuries were sustained in the collision.

Furthermore, officers said that a girl’s basketball team aboard the bus was returning from a basketball tournament hosted by Borden County ISD when the incident happened.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the authorities continued investigating the crash.
