Injuries Reported in Saginaw Multi-Vehicle Accident on US Business 287 near Longhorn Road

SAGINAW, TX (July 12, 2026) – Thursday night, a startling rollover crash on US Business 287 near Longhorn Road sent two people to the hospital.

The incident happened at about 10:10 p.m. on State Highway 114 near the Tarrant-Wise county line.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, a pursuit ended in a rollover crash after the driver of a Chevrolet Malibu fled from a traffic stop.

Troopers said the driver sped away after an attempted traffic stop for a traffic violation. The pursuit ended on U.S. Business 287 near Longhorn Road in Saginaw when the Malibu lost control, struck two other vehicles, and rolled over.

The driver and a passenger in the Malibu were transported to a local hospital with injuries.

Meanwhile, the drivers of the other two vehicles were not injured.

The investigation remains ongoing, and no additional information has been released.
