HAMILTON, MO (February 23, 2026) – Sunday, a St Joseph driver sustained injuries in a startling semi-truck crash on Nettleton Road.

The incident involving a semi truck happened on Nettleton Road, east of Hamilton.

A 49-year-old man reportedly pulled out from the crossover on Nettleton Road, east of Hamilton, into eastbound Route 36, where his vehicle was struck by a commercial truck.

The truck driver was not injured. The St. Joseph man was taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center with moderate injuries.
