LINN COUNTY, MO (February 26, 2026) – Tuesday night, a startling T-bone rash on US Highway 36 and Laclede injured one person.

The incident happened at around 8:30 p.m. on US Highway 36 and Laclede.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a southbound pickup truck failed to yield the right of way and collided with a westbound tractor-trailer.

Moreover, responders airlifted the 16-year-old driver of the pickup to University Hospital with serious injuries.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the MSHP continued investigating the crash.
