Injuries Reported in San Angelo Auto Accident on W Harris Avenue and N Jefferson Street

SAN ANGELO, TX (January 30, 2025) – Wednesday afternoon, a person suffered injuries in a startling two-vehicle crash on W Harris Avenue and N Jefferson Street.

The incident involving a Nissan pickup truck and a Kia passenger car happened on W Harris Avenue and N Jefferson Street.

San Angelo Police Officer J. Welch said the Nissan was traveling east on West Harris Avenue, while the Kia was heading south on North Jefferson Street.

“The Frontier failed to yield the right-of-way at the stop sign and hit the Kia,” he said. 

The driver of the Nissan Frontier received a citation for failing to yield the right-of-way.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
