Indio Resident Stephany Reyes Killed in Multi-Vehicle Crash on Country Club Drive [Palm Desert, CA]

Palm Desert, CA (January 10, 2025) – Stephany Reyes, 26, of Indio, was fatally injured following a multi-vehicle crash on Country Club Drive Wednesday night.

The deadly traffic collision happened around 9:45 p.m. in Palm Desert.

Responding officers found three vehicles in the westbound lanes. Sadly, one of the vehicle’s drivers, Stephany Reyes, was killed at the crash scene.

Meanwhile, paramedics took another driver to a hospital with minor injuries.  

Palm Desert Traffic Team investigators determined one vehicle was eastbound in westbound lanes and struck two vehicles traveling in the opposite direction. 

Officers are still to determine if drugs or alcohol factored in the collision.
