Driver Taleah Natasha Reese Dead in E Yuma Street Collision [Tucson, AZ]

Tucson, AZ (July 6, 2026) – Driver Taleah Natasha Reese, 20, was killed in a E Yuma Street collision on July 4, Saturday.

Troopers said Reese was westbound at the 8700 block of East Yuma Street when she drove off the side of the roadway as she took a slight curve. 

Reese overcorrected her vehicle and lost control, causing the vehicle to roll over.

The driver was partially thrown from the vehicle.

Immediately, rescuers rushed to the scene and declared Reese deceased, while her 16-year-old female passenger was hospitalized with minor injuries.

Police said Reese and her passenger were not wearing their seatbelts during the crash.
