San Antonio Traffic Crash Results in Fatality

San Antonio, TX (April 20, 20, 2026) – Tara Knight, 32, was killed in a Zarzamora Road pedestrian crash Thursday night.

It was past 11 p.m. when Knight was hit by a vehicle while crossing the freeway near I-35.

Immediately, the victim was rushed to an area hospital where she died.

Police said the driver involved in the crash stopped to help her and was not intoxicated..

Officers are investigating.
