LOS ANGELES, CA (November 16, 2023) – Tuesday night, a devastating hit-and-run crash on South Arlington Avenue near Venice Boulevard left 24-year-old Taylor Jackson dead.

The accident happened at around 10:00 p.m. at the 1500 block of South Arlington Avenue, between Pico and Venice boulevards.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, a southbound sedan struck a female pedestrian before also striking a male pedestrian. Then, a second vehicle struck the female pedestrian who was already down on the pavement.

Moreover, Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics pronounced the female pedestrian, dead at the scene. Then, responders treated the male pedestrian at the scene.

Furthermore, officers confirmed that both pedestrians were walking outside a marked crosswalk when the incident occurred.
