Ventura Woman Dies in Downtown Santa Barbara Pedestrian Crash

Santa Barbara, CA (February 9, 2026) – Teresa Garcia, 68, of Ventura, lost her life following a traffic crash on W Anapamu Street early Friday evening.

It was past 5 p.m. when the fatal crash happened at the 100 block area.
