Police Investigate Crash on Woodforest Parkway in Montgomery

Montgomery, TX (October 29, 2025) – A shocking crash on Woodforest Parkway on Wednesday afternoon sent three people to the hospital after a vehicle slammed into a veterinary clinic.

According to fire officials, emergency crews were dispatched to My Family Vet on Woodforest Parkway North near Fish Creek Thoroughfare after receiving reports of a vehicle crashing into the building, with multiple injuries and at least one person trapped beneath the car.

Upon arrival, firefighters discovered a Subaru SUV had come to a stop entirely inside the veterinary office. 

One individual was pinned under the vehicle. Firefighters quickly deployed airbags to lift the SUV and safely rescue the victim. That person, along with the driver and another injured individual, was transported to local hospitals. 

Their current conditions are unknown at this time.

Authorities have not yet confirmed whether the victims were clinic staff, pet owners, or other visitors. Officials are also working to determine whether any animals were harmed in the incident.

A photo released by first responders showed significant damage to the facility’s interior, including shattered glass, scattered furniture, and Halloween decorations strewn across the lobby.

The Texas Department of Public Safety and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office are currently investigating the cause of the crash.
