One Person Critical After Two-Vehicle Crash at Ramon and El Placer in Palm Springs

Palm Springs, CA (November 13, 2025) – Three individuals were injured in a two-vehicle crash at Ramon and El Placer on Thursday afternoon. 

The crash occurred just after 12:00 p.m. at the intersection of Ramon Road and El Placer Road, according to the Palm Springs Police Department.

Emergency responders arrived at the scene and confirmed that one of the injured parties was in critical condition. The identities and ages of those involved have not yet been released.

Authorities noted that drugs and alcohol do not appear to be contributing factors in the crash. The exact cause of the collision remains under investigation.

As a result of the incident, East Ramon Road was closed in both directions between El Placer Road and Paseo Dorotea to allow for cleanup and investigative work.
