Police Investigate Multi-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 25 in Albuquerque

Albuquerque, NM (November 12, 2025) — A three-vehicle crash on Interstate 25 near Lomas Boulevard resulted in three people being hospitalized on Wednesday evening, according to Albuquerque Fire Rescue.

The incident occurred shortly after 7 p.m. when first responders arrived to find one of the vehicles resting on its side. 

Emergency crews worked swiftly to extricate two individuals who were trapped inside their vehicles. 

One person sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries, while two others were treated for less severe injuries.

Authorities have not yet released the cause of the crash, and the identities of those involved remain undisclosed. 

The northbound lanes of I-25 experienced temporary closures as responders cleared the scene and assessed the situation.

The crash remains under investigation.
