Three injured in Fresno Unified School Bus Crash on Palm Avenue [Fresno, CA]

Fresno, CA (May 31, 2024) – Three were injured following a Fresno Unified school bus crash on Palm Avenue early Thursday morning.

The traffic accident happened at 7:30 a.m. at the intersection with Holland Avenue.

Investigators said the bus was leaving Powers-Gingsburg Elementary School and was turning onto Palm Avenue when it was struck by a Jeep.

Nineteen students were on the bus when the collision happened. Three of them complained of pain and were evaluated at the scene.

There is no information if the driver of the Jeep was injured in the collision while the vehicle sustained major front-end damage.
