Police Investigate Tragic Crash at Sanguinetti Lane and Wilson Way in Stockton
STOCKTON, CA (December 10, 2025) — A devastating crash in Stockton has claimed the lives of a 1-year-old child and two adults, following a violent crash at Sanguinetti Lane and Wilson Way between a Ford and an Acura.
According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), the crash occurred around 4:20 p.m. when the Ford, traveling eastbound on Wilson Way, allegedly ran a red light and entered the intersection.
At that moment, an Acura heading south on Sanguinetti Lane broadsided the Ford on its driver’s side.
The impact caused the Ford to veer southwest, eventually crashing into a light pole. One adult passenger was ejected from the vehicle.
Both the driver and right front passenger of the Ford were pronounced dead at the scene. The 1-year-old child, initially transported to the hospital, later succumbed to their injuries.
Occupants of the Acura sustained minor injuries, according to officials.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash, including whether alcohol or drugs were involved.
The California Highway Patrol urges anyone with information to contact their Stockton Office at 209-938-4800.
Sweet Lawyers extend our heartfelt condolences to the loved ones of the deceased. May the bereaved find solace and strength in this extremely trying time.
