Police Searching Suspect in West Winton Avenue Hit-and-Run Crash

Hayward, CA (October 13, 2022) On Saturday morning, a traffic collision on Thunderbird Place kills a man sitting inside a parked car.

Hayward Police Department says that the fatal hit-and-run crash happened at around 3 a.m. at the intersection with West Winton Avenue.

Reports say that a vehicle struck a parked car. The collision knocked a man inside the parked car unconscious. Officials pronounced the man dead at the scene.
