Timothy Bradford of Midland Killed in County Road 60 Collision [Midland County, TX]

Midland County, TX (July 10, 2024) – Timothy Bradford, 62, of Midland, was killed in a County Road 60 collision Wednesday evening.

It was about 6:17 p.m. when the fatal collision happened on Highway 158.

Troopers said a westbound Dodge Avenger driven by Sherrie Robinson, 59, of Midland, failed to yield the right of way at the stop sign and collided with an F-350 driven by Herbert Fontenot, 51, of Goldsmith, traveling southeast on Highway 158.

Responding rescuers declared the Dodge passenger, Timothy Bradford, dead at the scene.

Robinson sustained minor injuries and was taken to Midland Memorial Hospital. 

Fontenot was not injured in the collision, but his passenger, Brandy Brown, 31, also of Goldsmith, and another passenger in the truck, were taken to Midland Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.

Texas DPS officers are still investigating.
