Victorville, CA (June 13, 2025) — On Thursday evening, 2 California Highway Patrol officers were injured in a serious collision on Hook Boulevard near Cobalt Road in Victorville.

The crash happened around 8 p.m. and involved a marked CHP patrol vehicle and a silver Mercedes sedan. Emergency responders arrived to find significant damage to both vehicles, with the patrol car heavily damaged on the driver’s side and the Mercedes suffering major front-end damage.

Firefighters used rescue tools to free the Mercedes driver, who was trapped inside the vehicle. Authorities also treated another injured person found near the crash scene. The extent of that individual’s involvement has not been released.

Due to the severity of the incident, multiple medical helicopters responded to transport critically injured patients. Debris from the collision was scattered across the roadway as crews worked to assist victims and secure the area.
