Albuquerque, NM (April 03, 2025) – A pedestrian sustained life-threatening injuries after a frightening traffic crash on Coors Boulevard.

According to the Albuquerque Police Department (APD), the horrific crash happened near Coors Blvd NW and Sequoia Rd NW at around 7:40 p.m.

Reports say that the pedestrian sustained life-threatening injuries after a motorcycle struck them.

Emergency responders, including APD , Albuquerque Fire Rescue (AFR), and Albuquerque Ambulance Services (AAS), arrived at the scene.

Paramedics transported the critically injured pedestrian to the University of New Mexico Hospital, while the motorcycle rider, who was conscious at the scene, also received medical treatment at the hospital.

Due to the severity of the injuries, APD’s Motor Unit launched an investigation. Authorities have closed Coors Blvd southbound between St. Josephs Dr NW and Sequoia Rd NW as they continue their work.
