San Francisco, CA (February 12, 2025) – A UC San Francisco police officer and two other people were hurt in a horrifying traffic crash on Potrero Avenue Tuesday evening.

According to authorities, the frightening crash happened shortly after 6 p.m. near 16th Street and Potrero Avenue.

Reports say that a collision in San Francisco injured 3 people. Officials have not disclosed the cause of the accident but confirmed that a UCSF patrol car and another vehicle were involved.

Authorities say that 2 individuals inside the other vehicle sustained injuries and were transported to the hospital. The UCSF officer also suffered injuries, and paramedics took them to the hospital as well.
