According to authorities, the fatal incident happened at around 12:30 p.m. in the 9900 block of Big Bend Road, near the Crestwood-Oakland boundary.

Reports say that a vehicle struck a male cyclist on Big Bend Road near Grant’s Trail fatally injuring him.

Emergency responders transported the victim to a hospital, where he later died from his injuries. Authorities have not yet released the victim’s identity or additional details.
