MOUNTAINAIR, NM (September 16, 2026) – Thursday morning, a tragic head-on crash on Highway 60 and Mile Marker 193 killed two people.

The incident happened at around 6:22 a.m. on Highway 60 at Mile Marker 193.

According to reports, a pickup truck collided head-on with another vehicle for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, officers confirmed that both drivers died in the crash.
