GLENDALE, AZ (August 20, 2025) – Monday morning, a tragic multi-vehicle crash on 59th and Peoria Avenue killed one person.

The incident happened at around 3:30 a.m. at the intersection of 59th and Peoria Avenue.

According to reports, a vehicle ran a red light and collided with another vehicle. Then, the force of the crash pushed the two vehicles to crash into two more vehicles.

Moreover, the male driver of the other vehicle in the first crash died at the scene. Also, the drivers of the other two vehicles sustained no injuries in the incident.

Furthermore, the female driver who ran a red light remained at the scene and was suspected of impairment.
