LOS ALAMITOS, CA (May 26, 2024) – Saturday morning, a tragic multi-vehicle crash on 605 Freeway and Katella Avenue killed one person.

The incident happened at around 2:01 a.m. on the northbound San Gabriel River (605) Freeway, at Katella Avenue.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash involved multiple unidentified vehicles.

Moreover, responders pronounced one person, dead at the scene.

Furthermore, the crash closed several lanes of the freeway but has long since reopened.
