PHOENIX, AZ (November 17, 2024) – Friday morning, a tragic multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 10 near Arizona-California Border killed one person.

The incident happened around 5:00 a.m. on Interstate 10, near the Arizona-California border.

According to the Department of Public Safety, the crash involved three semi-trucks and two other vehicles.

Moreover, officers confirmed that one person died in the crash. Also, responders said that the other drivers sustained minor injuries in the incident.

The crash closed a portion of Interstate 10 but has long since reopened.

The events leading to the crash remain unclear at this time. The public will be notified when additional information becomes available.

Due to limited information, the DPS continued investigating the crash.
