According to authorities, the fatal crash happened just before 10 p.m. on the southbound lanes of the Beeline Highway near Sunflower.

Responding troopers located the victim’s body along the roadway, while his vehicle remained parked on the shoulder nearby. Authorities have not yet released his identity.
