1 Person Dead in Los Angeles Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 10 and La Cienega Boulevard

LOS ANGELES, CA (June 8, 2025) – Saturday morning, a tragic pedestrian crash on Interstate 10 and La Cienega Boulevard killed one person.

The incident happened at around 6:10 a.m. on Santa Monica (10) Freeway at the La Cienega Boulevard off-ramp.

According to the California Highway Patrol, multiple vehicles struck a male pedestrian who was wearing a black shirt,  and blue shorts, and had been sitting on top of the center divider.

Moreover, officers confirmed that the victim, a homeless man, died in the crash.

Furthermore, the incident closed all eastbound lanes of Interstate 10 but has long since reopened.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified. 

Due to limited information, the CHP continued investigating the crash.
