EL PASO, TX (April 15, 2026) – Tuesday morning, a tragic rollover crash on Highway 70 near Mesa Grande Boulevard killed one person.

The incident happened at around 7:30 a.m. on Highway 70 near Mesa Grande Boulevard.

According to reports, a driver of a pickup truck may have suffered a medical episode and crashed into cable barriers that divide the highway. Then, the pickup struck an eastbound vehicle.

Moreover, officers said that at least one occupant of the pickup died in the crash.
