PHOENIX, AZ (February 8, 2026) – Friday night, Ricardo Campos Garcia was killed in a tragic single-vehicle crash on Interstate 17 and West Deer Valley Road.

The incident happened at around 8:30 p.m. on Interstate 17 and West Deer Valley Road.

According to reports, a car ran a stop sign and crashed into a wall for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, responders rushed the driver of the vehicle, identified as 56-year-old Ricardo Campos Garcia, to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead. Then, paramedics transported a male passenger of the vehicle to a hospital with serious injuries.
