PACOIMA, CA (May 5, 2025) – Saturday night, a crippling truck accident on 11675 North Glenoask Boulevard injured 4.

The incident happened at 6:33 p.m. at 11675 North Glenoaks Boulevard.

Five people were located at the scene, with four sustaining injuries.

Paramedics transported four individuals to a local hospital in varying conditions. Two 29-year-old men were reported in serious condition, while a 55-year-old woman and a 60-year-old woman were taken in with minor injuries. A 60-year-old man declined medical treatment.

Footage from the location showed two large pickup trucks that appeared to have collided head-on, leaving both vehicles heavily damaged and debris scattered across the roadway.
