Police Investigate BMW Crash on Hemlock Avenue in Moreno Valley

Moreno Valley, CA (Dec. 7, 2025) — Two people sustained injuries in a crash on Hemlock Avenue on Thursday morning.

Reportedly, a sedan crashed into the side of a CVS Pharmacy in Moreno Valley, causing minor structural damage, officials said.

According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the crash was reported at approximately 11:25 a.m. at the intersection of Hemlock Avenue and Perris Boulevard. 

Emergency crews arrived to find that a BMW had slammed into the south exterior wall of the pharmacy.

The driver and passenger inside the sedan sustained minor injuries, and paramedics provided on-site treatment. 

An ambulance was requested for one of the occupants, though it remains unclear whether that person chose to be transported to Riverside University Medical Center or opted for alternative medical care.

Fortunately, no one inside the business was injured during the crash. 

Fire officials noted that while the damage to the building appeared to be minor, Moreno Valley’s Department of Building & Safety was called in to assess the structural integrity of the affected wall.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation by sheriff’s deputies, who were also dispatched to the scene to gather information and determine whether any citations or further actions would be necessary.
