Adam Rodriguez Arrested After High-Speed Chase Crash on Palmdale Road in Victorville
Victorville, CA (Dec. 7, 2025) — A Victorville man is in custody following a high-speed police chase that ended in a violent crash on Palmdale Road, leaving two innocent people hospitalized with serious injuries.
The incident began around 8:10 a.m. on Saturday, November 29, when deputies from the Victorville Police Station received a report of a stolen 2025 Nissan Sentra from the 15000 block of Palmdale Road.
Authorities say the vehicle had been taken earlier that morning.
At approximately 11:21 a.m., deputies spotted the stolen car near the intersection of Seventh Street and La Paz Drive.
The suspect, identified as 25-year-old Adam Rodriguez, immediately fled, reaching speeds of up to 95 mph during a three-mile pursuit.
The chase ended tragically at the intersection of Palmdale Road and El Evado Road, where Rodriguez ran a red light and crashed into a vehicle occupied by two local residents, Keith and Allyssa, as they entered the intersection on their way to get gas.
The impact struck their car on the driver’s side, rendering both unconscious.
Emergency responders transported the victims to St. Mary’s Hospital. Allyssa suffered severe injuries, including a brain bleed, ruptured spleen, fractured pelvis, and multiple broken vertebrae.
She was later airlifted to Loma Linda Hospital for emergency surgery. Keith sustained a concussion, five broken ribs, a fractured pelvis, and six fractured vertebrae.
Though initially discharged, he was later re-admitted to Corona Regional due to complications.
Rodriguez, who was found to be under the influence of narcotics, was arrested at the scene.
He is currently being held without bail at the High Desert Detention Center and faces multiple felony charges, including DUI causing injury, felony evading, and parole violations.
The Victorville Police Department’s Major Accident Investigation Team continues to investigate.
Keith Tyner said “We woke up to the paramedics pulling us from the car and were transported to St. Mary’s hospital in Apple Valley,” He launched a GoFundMe Campaign titled “Help Keith and Allyssa recover from their accident”. “I will not be able to work for quite some time and we will both need care at home while we recover,” Keith stated. “Anything helps and we appreciate anything you can to help us make our situation a little easier.”
Justice for Victims of High-Speed Police Chase Crashes and DUI Collisions
At Sweet Lawyers, we are deeply disturbed by the reckless and preventable crash that left two innocent individuals, Keith and Allyssa, severely injured.
Their lives were forever changed in an instant — not because of any mistake of their own, but because someone chose to flee law enforcement in a stolen vehicle while under the influence of drugs.
Incidents like this are not just tragic — they are devastating reminders of how vulnerable we all are to the actions of others. The physical pain, emotional trauma, and financial strain that follow such crashes are overwhelming.
Medical bills, lost wages, long-term care, and the emotional toll on families can last for years.
In cases like this, the law allows victims to pursue personal injury claims to seek compensation for their suffering and losses.
At Sweet Lawyers, we have over 40 years of experience helping victims of car crashes, DUI collisions, and criminal negligence recover the justice they deserve.
While the suspect faces criminal charges, that process alone may not provide the financial support necessary for long-term recovery. That’s why a civil claim can play such an essential role in helping victims rebuild their lives.
Our attorneys are ready to listen, investigate, and advocate on your behalf. We work with medical experts, accident reconstructionists, and legal professionals to build the strongest case possible — and we don’t charge you a dime unless we win.
