Police Investigate Crash on Southwest Parkway in Wichita Falls
WICHITA FALLS, TX (February 20, 2026) — Two individuals were transported to the hospital following a motorcycle crash on Southwest Parkway in Wichita Falls.
According to first responders, the motorcyclist was traveling eastbound on Southwest Parkway when a white Ford Mustang struck the motorcycle while turning onto Elmwood Avenue.
The impact caused injuries to both the motorcyclist and a young passenger connected to the incident.

However, the driver later explained that he drove to a nearby fire station to seek immediate assistance for his young passenger, who was bleeding.
Officers investigating the collision stated that no criminal offense occurred in connection with the incident.
Emergency personnel transported the motorcyclist to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The young passenger was also taken for further medical evaluation and was most recently reported to be in stable condition.
Officials continue to document the circumstances surrounding the crash.
Compassionate Support After a Motorcycle Accident
Motorcycle accidents often happen in a split second, yet their effects can last a lifetime.
Riders are especially vulnerable on the roadway, and even crashes described as “non-life-threatening” can result in painful injuries, costly medical bills, and emotional distress.
At Sweet Lawyers, we understand how overwhelming the aftermath of a motorcycle collision can feel. Injured riders may face fractures, road rash, soft tissue injuries, or head trauma — along with time away from work and mounting financial concerns.
When a crash involves a young passenger, the situation can become even more distressing for everyone involved.
Intersections are among the most common locations for motorcycle crashes, particularly when turning vehicles fail to see or properly yield to an approaching rider.
While law enforcement may determine whether a criminal offense occurred, accident victims still deserve to fully understand their rights and options.
Our team is dedicated to helping injured motorcyclists and their families navigate these challenging moments with professionalism, empathy, and care.
We focus on protecting our clients’ well-being and ensuring they have the support they need to move forward confidently.
If you or a loved one has been injured in a motorcycle accident, you do not have to handle the situation alone.
