Phoenix Police said the crash happened around 10:30 a.m. at the intersection of 19th Avenue and Encanto Boulevard.

Emergency crews responded and transported one person to a nearby hospital in critical condition.

Authorities closed the intersection in all directions as detectives conducted their investigation. No further details have been released at this time.
