2 People Hurt in Salinas Auto Accident on Blanco Road and Davis Road

SALINAS, CA (May 22, 2025) – Tuesday morning, a startling two-vehicle crash on Blanco Road and Davis Road injured two people.

The incident happened at around 10:00 a.m. on Blanco Road and Davis Road.

According to the California Highway Patrol, an eastbound Audi collided with a southbound Monterey County Sheriff’s Office patrol car with its emergency lights. Then, the force of the crash pushed the Audi to collide with a pole.

Moreover, responders transported the officer driving the patrol car and the female driver of the Audi to a hospital with unknown injuries.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified. 

Due to limited information, the CHP continued investigating the crash.
