According to the Tucson Police Department, the collision occurred at the intersection of Prudence Road and Kenyon Drive. 

Emergency crews arrived at the scene shortly after the crash and began assisting those involved.

A 13 News photographer reported that officials closed Prudence Road at Kenyon while first responders worked the scene. 

Initial observations indicated that a truck and a sedan were involved in the collision.

Tucson Police confirmed that one person sustained serious injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. 

Authorities have not yet released additional details about what led to the crash.
