Deadly Two-Vehicle Crash on Missouri 190 Injures 2 [Daviess County, MO]

Daviess County, MO (September 18, 2026) — A 43-year-old Darlington, Missouri, man died in a two-vehicle crash on Missouri 190 in Daviess County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said the collision occurred around 9:40 a.m. at the intersection of Missouri 190 and Route P, about three miles north of Jamesport.

The Darlington man was driving a 2002 Toyota Camry east on Route P when he failed to stop at a stop sign and entered the path of a northbound 2024 Ford F-250. The pickup struck the passenger side of the Camry before leaving the roadway and overturning in a nearby field.

The Camry driver died at the scene. The Ford’s 77-year-old driver and his 75-year-old passenger, both from Gilman City, suffered serious injuries and were airlifted to North Kansas City Hospital.
