Two Garden City Residents Injured in Cass County UTV Crash

Cass County, MO (June 28, 2025) — Two Garden City residents suffered injuries in a two-vehicle accident on Route F Tuesday night.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the collision happened shortly before 10 p.m. on Missouri Route F at the intersection of East 331st Street.

Investigators said a pickup truck was stopped on the roadway when a UTV struck the truck’s attached towed unit from behind.

The 57-year-old UTV driver sustained moderate injuries, while his 54-year-old passenger suffered serious injuries. Both were transported to St. Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City for medical treatment. The driver of the pickup truck was not injured.
