Menifee, CA (February 13, 2026) — A multi-vehicle collision on McCall Boulevard sent two people to the hospital Wednesday afternoon.

According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the crash happened shortly after 2 p.m. at McCall Boulevard and Menifee Road.

Responding crews found three vehicles damaged and blocking the intersection as light rain fell in the area.

Reports say that one driver suffered moderate injuries, while another sustained minor injuries. Paramedics transported both to a regional trauma center for treatment. A third driver did not appear to be hurt.

The Menifee Police Department partially closed the intersection for several hours while officers conducted an initial investigation. Authorities have not yet determined what caused the crash, and those involved were not identified.
