1 Dead in Houston Auto Accident on 9100 Irvington Boulevard

HOUSTON, TX (September 13, 2026) – Friday morning, a 61-year-old man died in a devastating vehicle crash on 9100 Irvington Boulevard.  

The incident happened at around 7:00 a.m. on 9100 Irvington Boulevard.

A 61-year-old motorcyclist was killed after his motorcycle collided with a Jeep Compass in Houston, according to police.

Houston police said the man was riding a black Honda motorcycle northbound when it struck the Jeep as the SUV driver attempted to turn left. Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced the motorcyclist dead at the scene.

The Jeep driver, a 30-year-old woman, remained at the scene and showed no signs of intoxication. She was questioned and released, police said.

The victim’s identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. The investigation is ongoing.
