Phelan, CA (June 20, 2025) On Thursday afternoon, a person was hurt and hospitalized after a head-on crash on Highway 138.

According to authorities, the 2-vehicle crash happened around 3:51 p.m. near the intersection of Highway 138 and Lone Pine Canyon Road.

Reports say that the head-on crash involved a silver Audi sedan and a black SUV, the crash injured one person.

San Bernardino County Fire personnel responded and confirmed one person sustained injuries. The extent of their condition remains unknown. The California Highway Patrol, Inland Office, is investigating the incident.
